As an arbiter you must be a neutral voice for those making appeals. Siding directly with someone making appeals or against them breaks the impartiality arbiters are meant to uphold. Similarly, you have to remain at least amenable to mods as arbiters do rely on mods to answer any evidence questions about cases. Do you see yourself as having or being perceived to have any issues in these areas? If so please address any concerns others may have.
I cannot come up with any situations where id have an issue with mods and and im not a very biased person in decision making, i always do what I believe is fairest or best in a situation its how i run my franchise i do not believe i have or have been perceived to have any issues!
