Why do you want to become an Admin? I would like to be an admin because I want to see the league move forward and continue to strive to improve. I think that i can be of the most help to the league in the position of admin.

What prior experience do you have that you believe will help you as an Admin? I have been a member of the server for 3 seasons now, spent the better part of 2 seasons as a mod and the entire last season as head moderator and interim head arbiter. With a strong knowledge of how many aspects of the behind the scenes of the server function, i can pick up quickly and work well as an admin.

What things do you hope to implement, reinforce, or remove as an Admin. I hope to reinforce the structure behind csc committees, i would like to make sure that each and every committee is in a place to grow and run smoothly.

Anything else you would like to add? CSC is a wonderful community that I am super proud to be a part of. I would love to see the community continue to grow and flourish as it has recently. I want to emphasize the collective effort that everyone in the community contributes to.

i would be really excited to work with mecha and cash, i think mecha's technical background and experience can really be drawn on as a learning resource for all the csc staff members, and cash has always been a staple of the community to me, has always been a role model for me.

i think that the discussion of sponsorships and money in csc needs to be properly looked at, all avenues need to be explored. I think it's a great idea to take advantage of our ability to be monetized as a community, even if all the proceeds go back into the community. I understand the reservations that many members have on the subject and would love to hear everyone out and then make a decision together on it. I think csc stands on its own for legitimacy, i dont think the endorsment of a company is necessary for that but it could look good on the face of the community.

I don't plan on pushing to implement prize pools. If the number of players in the league suggests that we need 5 tiers i think that the difficulty of moving from 4 - 5 tiers lessens with each tier so the process of implementing that tier would be fairly simple to change some sheets and franchise's tiers and off you go with a 5th tier. Was there a specific part of the process of implementing a 5th tier that you wanted my input on?

my goal with the mod committee was to reshape the public perception of it and i think i am proud of the progress i have made. I had planned on implementing some other changes that i think would have also benefited that aspect but i think there is a past history of success in terms of this. My main goals would be to increase levels of transparency. just small updates that say "we are working on _" and then delivering that thing would go a long way for people to start thinking better of admins.

my goal as an admin is to establish resources and procedures within the committees of the community. CSC has seen a lot of instability with committee heads in the past (legit no shade still a volunteer community) and i want to allow the committee heads to innovate and build their committees without being bogged down by things that are simply not streamlined

i really hope to get heavily involved in the EU CSC start up in the long run. I think it's a super exciting idea to spread our community over the ocean and would love to be a big part in getting that going. In terms of NA CSC I hope to work well on the beginnings of the graphics restructure and kickstart that part of the community

in the last 3 months i took a 2 week vacation and have come back to working 50 hours a week. Alongside implementing the urgent changes i wanted to implement before i left, the amount of work i had to do died down during the full swing of the season. My work then became mostly making decisions behind closed doors because that's all i needed to do. I hope as an admin to dedicate more time to just chatting in general. I do feel that is a shortcoming of mine. (edited)

the position of admin also allows me to push and offer help where i see my skills are benificial, say if scraps is better than me at excel then i can ask her to help with that and offer my help in ps. I think that it would allow me to expand my horizons in areas to offer help

after having completed my first season as an FA i can say that it sucks. I did not play a single game, even having one cancelled on me. Procedures to protect fa's from being last choice options could be an option to explore. I think also more out of league events in normal 5v5 cs format could boost interest in non-franchised players

First off, do you see the need for more accountability for admins specifically? If so, what are some ways you can come up with to accomplish this? I'm not just talking about punishing admins using their positions of power for wrongful purposes, but also less intense (not the right word for it but I'm blanking) things, like having regular-ish updates about current admin projects/discussions. These pre-election discussion threads are great, but once someone is elected, it would be helpful to have ways to confirm they are sticking to what they said they would do. If they aren't, I think that is something we the people deserve to know come re-election time.

I think that legacy franchises are a super cool idea, same branding that becomes a staple of csc, i think we should also be open to rebrands. I think a solid mix of new franchises and old franchises is a great idea

I'm really glad you mentioned public archives of these threads. That's one thing i had in mind but didn't want to give the candidates an easy time answering me. That along with some of the ideas others have said i think needs to happen for any steps forward with admin accountability to really mean anything. Thanks for the answer!

your base is pretty solid, i cant say i would want to stop anything from getting implemented, i think that proper discussions should be held to flesh out the specifics of each idea but in general there should be no issue
