@xNolan idk if I am supposed to answer your q here or in main post but here we go, I would change rule 6.1.6 regarding coaching in matches. I think as the league develops to the size it has now we may see people who have the desire to work on their coaching skills whether that is vod review with players or in-game coaching a team to success. I think this role could also solve a lot of issues with "bottom end" teams, giving them outside honest opinions on what they need to do to turn their game around. I think this rule feels kind of barbaric, when CSC began there probably wasn't enough of a base to think about the 6th person; and I get that there is a lot of work involved with adding coaches - how to make them actually work in the league, but it is at least worth an open discussion at the upper level to see if we can make it work. Finally, to quote the first rule in the book, "The Counter Strike Confederation (CSC) is a different kind of Counter Strike Global Offensive experience: a persistent and evolving league designed to closely resemble and operate like a professional sports league". As the league grows and evolves, we can make yet another step towards looking and feeling more professional by adding coaches/coaching support. Thanks for the great question, really specific and relevant. (edited)
