@HG | MenTaL 🏆 Response - I want to give back to the community and feel like I can take many povs on an issue before coming to a conclusion, which is important in policy making and rule setting

Sorry for the late reply. Busy weekend. Yes I have, not as in depth as I would like to admit but I have read it front to back, as well as the behaviour guidelines.

Is there any big issues you want to tackle off the top of your head?

thanks for the question. As I told Freeman in my last reply I am not as in depth as I would like to be on the rules and specifics. I had a chill season and learned rules as I saw them enforced. However, I think this may give me an advantage in actually arguing for and against the rules. With only having one season, and focusing more on playing/having a good time I have kept my ability to have a fresh perspective on new ideas, bring good outside opinions to rule related conversations, and as I dive a little deeper be able to bring up issues I may have with any rules currently enforced. So off the top of my head no, but over time I would like to make a significant impact to the team and the league

@xNolan idk if I am supposed to answer your q here or in main post but here we go, I would change rule 6.1.6 regarding coaching in matches. I think as the league develops to the size it has now we may see people who have the desire to work on their coaching skills whether that is vod review with players or in-game coaching a team to success. I think this role could also solve a lot of issues with "bottom end" teams, giving them outside honest opinions on what they need to do to turn their game around. I think this rule feels kind of barbaric, when CSC began there probably wasn't enough of a base to think about the 6th person; and I get that there is a lot of work involved with adding coaches - how to make them actually work in the league, but it is at least worth an open discussion at the upper level to see if we can make it work. Finally, to quote the first rule in the book, "The Counter Strike Confederation (CSC) is a different kind of Counter Strike Global Offensive experience: a persistent and evolving league designed to closely resemble and operate like a professional sports league". As the league grows and evolves, we can make yet another step towards looking and feeling more professional by adding coaches/coaching support. Thanks for the great question, really specific and relevant. (edited)
