I like CSC, I have fun and enjoy other peeps in the league. I would like to contribute to the community and in a way a am able. I have an extremally open minded (some would say to much) and would listen and weigh both sides every time!
Is you being open minded a way of saying you are open to being a lenient arbiter? Or are you open minded to the type of arguments people will present you with in their cases?

If mods want to make new precedent (interpretation of the rules) how do you view that change? For example, if in the past something was seen as okay but now mods decided it is not okay and we strike for that now. How do you think we should handle that? Should that player be let off that strike if they choose to appeal it?
Depends on if it was relayed to the members or not .. Something that was just decided by mods and not relayed to the members that it is being handled differently, or now being enforced, should definitely be considered, as should the opposite of that scenario.
@crudestpack No .. a rule is a rule, and should be followed, until the rule is changed.
However, I would bring up the topic and say hey this rule needs changed or reworked.

If you were presented with a case that involved two friends, and A was struck for being toxic to B, in clear violation of the rules, but both A and B claim that it was an inside joke how would you rule/make a decision.
@pecan50 🏆🏆 Arbiters .. Look at the evidence presented, see if said rule was actually broken and if the punishment was just/should stand. Maybe tweak the rule after discussions for future, if needed.
