Candidate: @UPS | TNoodle 🏆🏅🏅 Backer: @PFA | yeti2 "TNoodle has my full recommendation and backing for Admin. From his initiative in Media and his perspective as a new GM, he understands the struggles and inner-workings of both sides of elevated roles. TNoodle's eagerness to support the league and its volunteers through honest engagement and effortful support has earned my vote and I hope he will earn yours." Why do you want to become an Admin? "I joined the league in season five. Playing with my team was such a high point in my life. When I became a GM, I wanted to provide an environment that would allow my players to feel what I had felt. I love competitive Counter Strike. I love that this league allows people from all skill levels to compete. I love the idea of franchises and the draft. This league is a fun and great concept and my goal is to grow and develop this league so that it can make people feel what I felt, for years to come. Below I have answered a few questions, but that is not the full story. To know more and dig deeper about what I stand for and what I envision for this league, just let me know in any open channel and I will always be open to answering." What prior experience do you have that you believe will help you as an Admin?

"CSC: -Media Committee: When the media head had to step away for some time early on in the season, I took it upon myself to coordinate the streams and continued helping with that as he returned as the season went along. I am always willing to learn, and I showed that as this season was my first time ever casting. -General Manager: In season seven, as a rookie GM, we were awarded the Franchise of the Season. We were added just eight days before the draft, but with the help of the right people, we were able to put something together that was really special. -Player: I was a player in season five and was more in the background. I understand some of the needs that players may have and am willing to listen to it all to better the league. Non-CSC: -Career: I am in an elevated position in my career and have experience with crisis management, discussing/negotiating with investors/vendors, year-to-year financials, organization and delegation, and year-to-year planning. -Counter Strike: I have played Counter Strike since 2015 and do have a lot of experience playing across multiple teams, LANs, and tournaments, as well as organizing previous leagues and events. I also have experience with map-makers such as FMPONE, primarily assisting with Subzero, which was added to CSGO as a community map for a brief period in late 2018."
3:04 PM
What things do you hope to implement, reinforce, or remove as an Admin. "Implement Rebrand -I would like us to have a new logo. Likely not for season 8, but I would like to get the process started. The current logo is outdated and we need to provide a proper facelift for our league. -Minimum quality standard for team logos -Maximum character length for team names Public MMR -This information should be public in some capacity. I have been gathering the “why not” throughout the season and if elected, I would like to work with numbers to push the “how to” and make this happen. -Combines -I would like to have an extra week of combines and to also not allow combines/ten-mans to count towards the 20 game faceit minimum. From my understanding, MMR takes a big weight from Faceit rank and therefore players should have 20 games that have affected their Faceit rank. -I would like to change the match format. The idea that is peaking my interest, is that rather than a full game, we implement a 20 round game that is played through the end. This would allow all of the combine games to consistently end at roughly the same time, which would mean more diversity in who the players play in combines. Rather than stacking the same queues over and over again. Website/Discord -This is something already in the process and will happen with or without me being elected, but I wanted to bring it forward to everyone here. I have been working with a few members in the league and we hope to bring the website live for the start of season 8. This would clean up some clutter on Discord as well as provide a nice front end for match pages, stats, and league/player history.
3:04 PM
Autonomous Committees -I want committees to work on things on their own. Admins should be communicating with heads regularly and I believe a monthly and as needed Admin/Head meeting will do wonders to provide a greater environment. -I understand that the heads know more about their committee than I ever would. I just would need them to thoroughly explain any major changes and we can go from there. Reinforce Communication -Communication from the admin team this season has failed us. I want to bring the connection to the community. --More feedback forms from different events ---After combines ---After pre-season --Add one or two more town halls throughout the season --Bi-weekly admin newsletters --Monthly and as needed GM & Admin meetings --Monthly and as needed Head & Admin meetings Remove Absolute power from admins -There should be a way to vote admins out, should there be an urgent issue. I will explore possible ways to implement that and propose the idea. Admins should not be handling admin issues (example: season 7 numbers leak investigation) -That should never have been in the hands of the admins to vote upon. This should have been handled by a third party such as arbiters or rules committee. "

You rely on and you trust them to do the work. There’s plenty that goes on in these committees that I will not have a full grasp on. It would be up to me and the rest of the admin team to communicate with the committees, let them explain what they want and why they want what they want. Let the committees do their work, keep the door open, and meet semi-frequently with the heads privately.

Hi Noodle 1. How are you going to enforce 10mans/Combines not counting towards the required 20 games? The reason we do not do this now is because we would have to manually check every profile. It would also make sense to not allow ANY hubs to count, so you can't just isolate a few people to check. 2. On committees, are you saying committees do not have autonomy now? All committees work exclusively on their own as it is unless they ask for outside help, so I don't really get what problem you want to solve here. 3. If you are able to implement a way to vote Admins out, who would get to vote? What would the replacement process be? How would you stop an Admin who is simply disliked, but doing nothing inherently wrong, from being ousted?

i can answer the part about 10mans/combines not counting towards the required faceit games, we already exclude hub games from faceit pulls as of now so there won't be a problem in enforcing that

what will you do to make csc be less toxic? We have seen the general chats and all of the other channels garner a bit of toxicity and witch hunting lately and I can say without a doubt that it has been swept under the rug. What will and can you do to make it so that we can be a more welcoming environment where we don't witch hunt every 2nd day of the week?

1. This is more an idea on it. If it must be done manually and that’s the reasoning behind counting them, then that is not feasible and would remain the same. If there is a technical solution to it as hopefully that is what Homer is suggesting, then I believe that is progress. Previously, I was never given a concrete reason as to why that was included. 2. I do not believe it has been autonomous. Media is the main committee I am involved in, and what I’ve seen a handful of times is admins stepping in and trying to sway/stop the direction that the team wants to go in. Admins should be trusting the heads to make this decision. Ideas such as logo changes, graphical changes had to be done by me pushing admins, when I should have just been pushing the head. Other committees have brought similar actions forth as well; however, I cannot personally speak on those. But as a media member, how I was interacted with from the admin team early on was extremely discouraging. 3. Simply put, this is the first step in the process. What I want to bring is to open the door to this happening. The fact that admins cannot be removed unless breaking a rule is risky. As for who would vote, I think rules committee would be a good place to start, however I am not 100% on that as I don’t necessarily want them to become a jury.

1. We’ve grown a lot and as we grow it’s harder to stay on top of these things. The revolving door of mod committee has not helped either. What I hope is to help find a mod head that will guide us out of the gray area and be more black/white, in terms of consistency. Toxicity is a tough battle, but we can be progressive by being firm.

If the committee head believes a person will be a good fit for the committee, I don't see any issue with them. Unless they have previous strikes/staff bans, would I feel the need for admins to be involved. As far as what the goals of the committee are, outside of major changes I don’t see the need to be too involved, outside of the semi-frequent meetings with the heads, where most/all changes should be brought up. So even if say, staff bans are finished, you would still want to limit them? Even if after the ban is finished?

if it can affect other committees, the heads should be communicating with each other. As for the player side of that, it's tough to say. The heads were elected for a reason. They should know what they can potentially affect and make the best decision from the information they have. And if they have questions or are unsure, to reach out to the admins.

If their staff ban is finished, sure. But also it depends on the case. If someone was given major strike/staff ban for being toxic/using slurs, they should not be a mod. If someone was given a strike/staff ban for leaking sensitive information, they should probably not be in numbers committee. But that's all case by case.

• I believe it’s communication. We can all harp on communication but truly that’s it. When things were done, they came off rushed, or things took time and there was minimal communication. I believe as a community, we understand that things can take time, but the community deserves updates, such as the admin newsletter, to be made more frequently. • Big picture admin decisions should also look to involve other voices as well. This season we saw the schedule come out and the GMs were not involved. The GMs identified a few flaws in the schedule that could have been addressed quickly, had they taken their time.

I can't say who I would work best with. Prior to this season, I did not know any CSC people outside of my s5 team. However, I have interacted with cash, scraps, and splat quite a bit. Here are my short notes about them. • Cash: I have had nothing but positive interactions with him, I respect the hell out of him as GM. • Splatmonkey: Obviously has been around for a long time and has done an incredible amount for the league. Originally, I thought he was planning on stepping away this summer, but it seems he changed his mind to better the league, which I respect. From our few interactions, he’s kept a level head and we’ve had great dialogue back in forth, albeit for small issues in the past. • Scraps: She’s always interacting and whenever I have a question, she’ll answer it. She’s a productive person who cares about the league.

Got it. So the reason I would add the extra buffer in is because of the prior case. While the ban is over, certain information is still sensitive and for specific staff positions, I could see myself having issues. And admins being the ones to provide the staff ban adds another wrinkle. Ok, you and @Porkchop I don't have a good answer for you at this time but it's an interesting piece and I'll give it some thought

Ideally 1 cycle (2 seasons). I wanted to run and made this decision mid-season because I wanted to help "guide the ship" and set up a foundation for future life of this league. My experience as a new player was incredibly positive and I want to make sure that that is the mission we all have.

How: we have serious suggestions to the public, staff suggestions in private. We should utilize more frequent town halls to open the floor for discussion. I would like to implement biweekly newsletters which can open up the conversation to the public so that they can ask questions about things they may not yet know about being in the works. Community feedback is important because those who want to get involved, can get involved. Opening the door like this can open the door to new potential staff as well

First, why do you want Public MMR? Second, why do you think we need a rebrand? And do you view this as an admin duty? Third, Combines, I hate that yetiF idea of changing the format of combines (rounds wise) but what is the specific goal that you have in mind in purposing those changes? 4th, the website is more of a tech committee thing, do you have specific ideas on how to help/hurry them along? Finally, you've been in CSC as long as I have, where do you see the league in its current state, and what do you want it to look like when both your wrists break and you cant play cs anymore?

Now that numbers is out of the hands of admins, it is less of a big deal. However, my belief remains the same that GMs should not be admins. That being said, at this point in our league i felt it was important for me to run for what I could bring to the table at this time. Which is also the reason I only intend on staying for the two term cycle.

Pecan I like the idea of public mmr because I don’t see it as a big deal. If the community wants it, they want it. It does not change our process and it just provides a bit more transparency for the players. I don’t think numbers are as taboo as we’ve made it out to be. I believe the rebrand falls in a mix of media/admin team due to it being such a major change. Media spearheading it while admins approve it. To be blunt, the current design is outdated. We have a great product that is dressed poorly. It’s the main reason I was so adamant that we force the teams to redesign their logos prior to season 7. This league is good. We should be proud of it. We should make it look the part too. Combines are the interesting one. I had never been interested it swapping to short matches but this idea by yetif intrigued me. It’s not finished. It needs to be tested. But ultimately I believe finding a change to combines would be beneficial. That being said, shorter games could provide us with more games played and a larger variation of players mixed throughout games. Right now we see a lot of the same 7/8 players against each other throughout a combine night which can skew numbers. Website is definitely in tech committee and my involvement is minimal, more just input on the layout/design. Right now it’s in techs hands and I’m hopeful they can get it together before preseason starts. That is the goal. How is the current state of the league? I don’t believe it’s all doom and gloom like we all joke about. We had our complications, stemming from communication/lack thereof, but ultimately, when the playoffs ended, I think the players, for the most part, had a positive experience. Which is the goal of us all. I see this league growing. A lot bigger than where we’re at now. I want to be elected and by the time I’m done with my term, I want the league to not miss me. I want to make it so future admins can transition as seamless as possible. There’s a lot of good this league has and I think we just have to go back to basics and remember why we’re here and what brought us here. When I’m done I want to see that the players keep having fun and that more people are able to experience the joy of being on a team in this environment.

Now that numbers is out of the hands of admins, it is less of a big deal. However, my belief remains the same that GMs should not be admins. That being said, at this point in our league i felt it was important for me to run for what I could bring to the table at this time. Which is also the reason I only intend on staying for the two term cycle.
If decided people couldn't be both GMs and admin, would you plan on remaining as GM and be grandfathered in? Would you step down with respect to said decision?

My mistake. As admin. However I want to clarify that at the moment I do intend to only serve one term as admin, with or without that ruling

That being said, if I originally was to be planning on being longer, I would still step down for that ruling

Does that mean that you already are planning on not rerunning for admin after the term ends, no matter what happens during that time?

My intention is to help put the league on a healthy track for future growth and progress. If I succeed in what I aim to do as admin then yes, I would step down. But if things are still rocky, and I believe I can still do some good, who knows? Of course, unless the gm ruling is in place

That depends. I would still intend on being involved and if I like the candidates available (even in rocky times), I would still step down. But, if I am nervous about the potential candidates running, I would likely stop being a GM

I’ve read your platform, and I think that your ideas for your admin candidacy are far from conservative in the sense that you plan to make many changes to the core function of the league. While I don’t necessarily think this is a bad thing, it can be if handled by someone who cannot recognize when a change does not pan out. My question for you, is if one of these ideas does not work out or receives a lot of backlash from the community, will you be able to recognize that and revert the changes? How long of a grace period would you allow for your changes to cultivate? (edited)

So I would assume the main one you’re referring to is the combine matches, which is an interesting one for me as well. Testing is absolutely important. I think we recognized some flaws with how combines have been done and this is an option, if we can find a way to make it work. What I want is to find a way to make the combines shorter and add more variance to them. Whether it’s this suggestion, or another system that someone else has in mind, I really don’t care. The important thing when making radical changes, such as that, is to test it plenty prior. Whether it’s this system or another system that someone proposes. How long would I be willing to try things before reverting back? It depends on what we’re talking about exactly as everything is different.

No, committees should go and do their thing. However, if elected I would like to meet with the heads of committees(and whoever else the head wants), and set expectations. Ex: What I expect from the committees, what the committees expect from me/the rest of admin team.

What do you feel caused and how do you stop the massive turnover we saw in elevated staff positions this season?
Avatar
UPS | TNoodle 🏆🏅🏅 4/20/2022 4:25 PM
What caused the turnover? I feel a lot of what the staff suggested to the admin team got lost or ignored. There was a disconnect between the admins and staff. The relationship between admins and staff is a partnership, and it did not feel that way at all this season. And to keep people, you start by communicating. You start by listening. Things happen, but you need to talk them out. That’s why communication is important, not only to me, but the rest of the candidates here as well. I spoke previously about more frequent town halls for the community. I believe more frequent admin/gm and admin/staff meetings will do a lot to cultivate that relationship.

UPS | TNoodle 🏆🏅🏅 4/20/2022 10:19 PM
I'm at a point in my life where I can balance these things out. My career and personal life are in a stable position and I know exactly what I'm able to fit. I would not have applied if I did not feel I could appropriately allocate enough time to what's needed of me in and outside of the league. At the beginning of this season, I expected a very small role in media and it grew immensely as the season progressed. In terms of media, I am formatting a way in graphics to where I'm able to be more hands off and allow others of the team (and hopefully new recruits) to take hold. Thanks to @crudestpack and some fancy tech gizmo, certain graphics I will be able to make once and have automated updates throughout the season. As a GM, I have a good group around me there that can help me. We did what we did only 8 days before the season so I don't feel I'd lose a step as a GM. Which brings to the last point, admin. As mentioned in the first part, I would not bite off more than I can chew. I understand what would be needed of me. Proper communication amongst the team would alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with the position.

Any questions have already been answered just reply with already answered Question 1: We will be losing one of the more technical and hour-intensive admins this election time. How do you feel you can fill in their shoes/ fill the responsibilities left behind
3:54 PM
Question 2: I would like to hear a general number of hours each week you will be available to work on csc related topics. If possible please back this number up.
3:54 PM
Question 3: One of the questions on everyone’s mind constantly who isn’t an admin/mod is “why was x muted”, “what was the situation with y”, “why can’t z play a match” are you for or against public striking and how would you propose to your fellow admins/ mods how to implement this change?
3:55 PM
Question 4: As stated in some of your previous questions as I’m combing through, many times it’s been pointed out the lack of communication during the season between the admin team and the players. It has also been established that fuffy has been the main admin point of contact as shown in notices. Are you for having logging of admin talks/ potentially adding a secretary position tacked on to one of the admins or creating the position where a member sits in on an admin meeting, takes notes, and posts them somewhere public for people to see? This would omit any sensitive information.
3:55 PM
Question 5: Public mmr is a great example. By all accounts of the platforms, we saw last season's admin election public mmr should have passed given everyone’s stance on it. However, a person changed their mind and when the statement came out no public mmr the public had to pry from the admin team who flipped their vote. Are you in favor of making the voting lines public for admin deductions IE saying who voted in what way? Another add-on to this I will give is if you want to give all admins the option to give a small paragraph on why they voted the way they did may help too.
3:55 PM
Question 6: We have a wide variety of skills here in CSC and that has become apparent as we reach a 4th tier being added to the top of CSC. One thing that some high-level players have said in the past is that there isn’t much representation of elite/premier players who are admins or even numbers. All 5 of the candidates this time around are all challengers and in the event of noodles, not players. With this feeling of disconnect from the players, how do you hope to deal with some of the concerns brought up?
3:55 PM
Questions 7: Do you think that premier was a success or failure this season as a new tier? If you don’t want the premier to be taken away what steps do you think need to be done to improve premier?
3:56 PM
Question 8: Scheduling: one of the things that have been depressing me and some of my players personally was the playoff schedule. We were all hoping to be on the stream for a playoff game to be able to show our friends and family our game (don’t worry it was a blowout shouldn’t have tuned in anyway). On that day in particular there were 5 full games being played in 3 different tiers one of which being a final. This puts a massive strain on media to try to get as many games streamed while also making the players not streamed sad. What ideas do you have for playoffs scheduling to alleviate this?
3:56 PM
Question 9: We are seeing record numbers come in and play CSC. There are so many new faces in here that it’s hard to keep track of sometimes. As we reach this record number the problem of retention is something that always comes up. The off-season is boring and for many, it’s seen as a lack of games to play. 10 men are great and open up a lot of fun but aren’t as fun as say season matches. On top of this combines roll around and for many players who just signed a 2 season contract with their gm they may be put at the bottom of the queue to even be allowed to play combines (many admins would literally come down to queues and force signed agents in the back of the line to basically not be allowed to play). What ways do you see could be done to fix this and give signed players more to do during combines?
3:56 PM
Question 10: Do you think this league needs another round of recruitment at the magnitude of last season? Do you find the player base to be a good size or do you think more expansion is needed/wanted? Do you think with our current staff capacities we have enough resources to support a league double the size of our current one?
3:56 PM
Question 11: Follow up on the above. With a mass influx of people comes a mass influx of attention from potential hackers, cheaters, and trolls. We saw some players this season getting scammer messages from these people. Do you have any ideas on how to mitigate this issue?
3:56 PM
Question 12: Servers: many players reported that the servers this season had a variety of issues from ping to high loss/ lagging. How will you work with the technical committee to try to improve the servers for next season?
3:57 PM
Question 13: Matchday: many times the hour leading to matches/during matches is a stressful time for transaction managers, technical committee members, and gms/team captains scrambling to get their teams together. As a first season gm, I didn’t know how hard it was going to be to sometimes find a sub, deal with server issues, and on one occasion contact an admin because my transaction didn’t go through. What ideas might you have on helping lessen the game-day stress on these people?
3:57 PM
Question 14: Scenario: Public mmr is passed(shocker) and information is surfaced that a gm the previous season leaked mmr to a player on their team. This leak was minor in the sense that they didn’t have access to the entire sheet but something to the effect of “this is your mmr” or “we have this much mmr here’s who we can sign”. Would punishments be in order for these?
3:57 PM
Personal questions: Tnoodle: you have not been a player for a while now and while you have become the gm of a franchise there is the concern of your disconnect from the players. How do you feel you can get the opinions of your constituents while not being an active player?

Writing this question for all the candidates involved with a franchise. I have been very open about my opinion that any admin should be in no way tied to a franchise (GM, AGM, Player, whatever). There's been people I've talked to that share this opinion and people that disagree with it. Even though you most likely will not be abusing your admin status to benefit your franchise over others in any way, the concern is still absolutely there and a valid one (I mean, just look at a particular incident this past season...). So my question is, 1) how will you ensure that you are not actively or accidently doing this and 2) what do you think is the best way to offer transparency and assurance to the people in this matter? The point with question 2 being, ultimately you can't control what people think and they'll say things regardless of what you do or don't do, but the best assurance we've had so far about rumors and accusations of possible admin misconduct basically amounts to other admins/mods saying 'source: trust me bro' and I feel like that just fosters even more distance between us.

Just as a broader comment on the topic, with numbers being split off and mod team being expanded (less admin interaction needed), and rules committee already being a thing there’s realistically not many places admin has potential to benefit themselves. As well there’s 4 other admins to keep that in check that would see it

Hi Greg, Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, I do not think I have a good answer for you. This is why I don’t believe GMs should be Admins/admins should be GMs, as I expressed to Willy previously There are things admins have access to and no way I as admin would be able to “prove” that I’m not doing anything malicious with certain information. Unfortunately, voting someone like me into a position like this while I am GM is something that requires trust. I can tell you to look at my track record or to talk to past teammates, my franchise players/past players, or anyone who has had significant interaction with me to evaluate my character for yourself. So, to loop back to the beginning, if I do not believe GMs should be admins, why am I running? Well, I never wanted to become an admin. This decision was made after talking to a few other csc members after the leak scandal. I want to help get csc on the right path and launch it into a fruitful future. I don’t want to be an admin, but I love this league. I have always expressed this. I have consistently been honest, willing, and driven to make this league better. Which is why my intention is to serve the two season term, make a difference, and hand it off to the next admin.

3. I’m against public striking unless it is an elevated figure. If the member wants to share why they were given a strike/muted, they may do so when they are able to. On a case-by-case basis, those with an elevated position may need to have their penalty/reason for announced publicly.

5. No, the way the admins vote should be private. The admin team is a team and should act as such. We are not out here to pit the community against some admins. We are here to better the league. If admins want to air their dirty laundry, that’s on them to do it personally. Officially, the admin group should be a team and work together to make a difference, even if we don’t necessarily agree with the direction. It would then be our duty as the minority to accept the fact and make the most out of it.

6. I have been around the game for a long time and have played in a lot of competitive environments prior to CSC. That’s why CSC drew me in. It allowed me to compete again. Furthermore, I do not think I have a disconnect from the players. I was heavily involved with my players in my franchise, and I believe for the most part they would say they had a positive experience of me both as a person and a mind of CS. Also, for the record, I would have been in elite if I was a player in season seven according to current admin team. In CSC season 5, I was a part of the team that one the major division, which now has a spread of players that would be anywhere between challenger, elite, and premier.

UPS | TNoodle 🏆🏅🏅 4/21/2022 8:57 PM
7. Premier was a failure, but not as much as I originally thought. I believe premier should have had more teams. We’re competing with ESEA for these players’ time and a 6-person league is not enticing. Depending on the players we have next season, I would like to add more teams and have a big change to the schedule. The reason I say it wasn’t as much of a failure as I originally thought is that playoffs were amazing in premier. Premier playoffs were actually closer than the rest of the tiers’ playoff series. It was just the regular season that was a mess.

UPS | TNoodle 🏆🏅🏅 4/21/2022 8:57 PM
8. This is the tough one, and you know I was passionate about this when it happened. CS is a LONG game. It is a MASSIVE time commitment. With the growing player base, it’s going to be hard to consistently get games streamed with only two default days. Media did what they could and presented teams with the ability to move to off days, but most teams would not take it. With the reschedules happening, it was just a mess. I think staggering the playoffs could help, but with where this season 8 expects to start, I fear we may face more playoff scheduling conflicts this season. So, it all falls on the schedule and will be an ongoing discussion for the future. Because we must discuss what we’re willing to give up. Is it more default days? Is it more flexible rescheduling? Stricter? Unfortunately, I don’t have a perfect solution to this now. It’s just something that will need to be determined by the number of players.

9. I would like to see more events for signed players, but we absolutely need to keep combines for new players only. You mentioned ten-mans, and perhaps we can be more active on that and incentivize it a little bit. Weekly ten-man ladders could be fun, but ultimately this is going to be on events committee to throw more off-season events together. I would love to see community map ten-mans or even tournaments (similar to faceit cups) on tu/th during off-season, if we have the server resources to do so.

Question 10: Do you think this league needs another round of recruitment at the magnitude of last season? Do you find the player base to be a good size or do you think more expansion is needed/wanted? Do you think with our current staff capacities we have enough resources to support a league double the size of our current one?

10. I would like to see the league continue to grow. I think we could handle it too. I’m for advertising again like we did last season (except let’s do it in the beginning of combines, not the end). I feel huge growth this off-season would be easier than last season. The reasons being we can plan around it and last season gave us many new faces who have since joined staff positions. We lost a lot of good people last season but we gained a lot too.

Question 11: Follow up on the above. With a mass influx of people comes a mass influx of attention from potential hackers, cheaters, and trolls. We saw some players this season getting scammer messages from these people. Do you have any ideas on how to mitigate this issue?

11. I don’t think there’s a way to mitigate that. I would just continue to ask the community to report them as they come. We can put a message out about that in our newsletters too to keep it fresh on everyone’s minds.

12. Tech is aware of issues that were had this season and will continue to improve upon it and I’ll be there to support them in any way they need.

13. I was a first season GM just like you so I know exactly what you are talking about. I am hoping that we get a few more TMs soon so it’s not all on Scraps and Monti. For tech, I think education and information is the best we can do. We need to do better in teaching our players/captains on how to properly reach out for tech support, rather than reaching out to the GMs to handle it. We need to encourage our players to be self-sufficient regarding items like that. Which was hard being a new GM, especially when you’re thrown into it last minute/mid-season.

14. Absolutely punishments would be had for these. If it happened, it happened. The ones responsible for the leak and covering it would be punished. It doesn’t matter when it was caught.

I was a player long before CSC and was a player here in season 5. I was very involved with the players as a GM during season 7. I had my flaws but ultimately I did what I would have wanted if I was the player. I learned that everyone’s needs are different and will adjust next season. I’m always listening and looking to my players and others for feedback to greater their and my experience. This league is for the players.
