Why do you want to be a player representative for Rules Committee? I have been in CSC since season 3. I am the perfect player rep as I have a great understanding of the rules. I want to be a player rep because I'd like to start helping CSC in any way shape or form. I have been here since season 3 and have not had a chance to work with upper management and would like to be given the chance, as I am very serious.

With your understanding of the rules as they are, what is something you would work to change with the current rules to better the league

Hi kowalskey - in your initial submission, you mention: "I have been here since season 3 and have not had a chance to work with upper management and would like to be given the chance, as I am very serious.". Given your long time playing/being a part of CSC, is there a particular reason why you haven't had "a chance to work with management" in your 8 past seasons so far?

Kowalskey, what did you mean when you and comrad joined the VC and said you made up a story to save comrad from punishment?

Kowalskey, you say you have a great understanding of the rules, name your #1 favorite rule and #1 least favorite rule. What rule would you change.

I just mentioned this question for Gm rep but feel it may be good here as well. Keepers were given a large share of the blame when discussing mid-season drop outs for players. I always felt that there were more reasons to that and to point our fingers at one felt a bit rushed. However, I concede that while I still disagree with the rule and hasn't really changed how things are done, I see a positive being the new playerbase is more happy. That being said- what were your thoughts on the rule change? Have those thoughts changed? --------- I also want to ask about promotions. Numbers committee decides the tier lines and where players land. Players that are promoted are taking away a roster spot from someone assigned to that tier. Too much of that and suddenly you have 5%-10% of a tier's rostered players come from a different tier. Should there be a limit on the amount of players a franchise can promote in a tier?

I wouldn't change anything specifically as it stands as I think we are at a very good spot in the league

Yes I have never been taken seriously as I am a troll but given the chance I will be a stellar player rep.

I would probably list rules around joining the league mid season as I think those are my least favorite ones being a small gatekeeper to mid season signups but they have their reasons. My favorite rule is no pinging certain people

I think a franchise can promote their entire franchise to premier if they wanted to but that would cause a great deal of problems
