Why do you want to be a player representative for Rules Committee? I think I have a good understanding of the rules, and I'm happy to be a go between for players and rules for any functional changes desired. I also do want to work on improving clarity within the rulebook by forming a larger rewrite and reorganization of the rules for clarity and cleanliness.

For those who know me: I kept my application short because I'm not running to change any major rules.... I want to make it clearer, and hopefully figure out a clean way to rewrite the rules in a way that helps thsoe that do just want to read through them to understand the league better.

+rep firehawk. worked closely with her during her time as arbiter and as admin and was a very strong piece to our staff team. knows the league well and would flourish in this position.

I just mentioned this question for Gm rep but feel it may be good here as well. Keepers were given a large share of the blame when discussing mid-season drop outs for players. I always felt that there were more reasons to that and to point our fingers at one felt a bit rushed. However, I concede that while I still disagree with the rule and hasn't really changed how things are done, I see a positive being the new playerbase is more happy. That being said- what were your thoughts on the rule change? Have those thoughts changed? --------- I also want to ask about promotions. Numbers committee decides the tier lines and where players land. Players that are promoted are taking away a roster spot from someone assigned to that tier. Too much of that and suddenly you have 5%-10% of a tier's rostered players come from a different tier. Should there be a limit on the amount of players a franchise can promote in a tier?

For the first one: I believe I was in favor of the change to keeper limits (if I was a voting member at the time). Based on seeing positive impressions by players, and it somewhat reducing the amount of pre-built teams, so it served it's purpose. I don't see reason to change this. As for promotions.... I have yet to see 3 promotions on a roster or similar, but if it is a concern players hold I could see forcibly restricting to a single promotion per roster, or trying to restrict the number of promotions to match agm slots or some similar type of restriction.
