Why do you want to be an Arbiter? I am looking to apply myself to CSC more and help the community in anyway I can and I know being an Arbiter is an important piece to the puzzle. I want to help with easing out issues and having a hand in getting things right for both sides and helping any victims involved and further elevate the league that I fully believe in. What experience do you have, if any, that would help you in the position of Arbiter? I was a lead supervisor for a major TV hub, and I was a main mediator between my operators and upper management and there was a lot of tension. I was able to for the most part help both sides as best I can, and it has helped in a lot of my social management skills. If Player A is struck for being rude (Rule 10) to Player B, but claims that it was a joke, how would you rule this case and why? Player A should be notified of the misconduct and either given a timeout or very apparent warning of the effect that jokes have on people. Which I would be more than happy to lecture and teach someone that is ignorant to such things as well if necessary. If things were to escalate then so would the punishment. Fun fact: Arbiters have 7 days to make a decision once the appealant has made their initial claims, however time sensitive punishments like mutes and MD bans can affect a players ability to play in matches and events. With that in mind, there can be some pressure to make decisions faster than others may feel comfortable doing so. How confident are you in your abilities to analyze and address provided evidence in a timely manner while still feeling that enough due diligence was done?

As a former arbiter, I understand that there are times where the mods and admins might disagree with how the arbiters are approaching a case. If elected, do you plan on finding ways to better meet in the middle with the other parties or do you want to stick to your own opinions on cases? Are you wanting to find ways bolster the arbiter's abilities and suggest changes to the committee and/or the mods' behavior guidelines since you rule based on those guidelines?

I feel confident in my judgement in dealing with matters that are sensitive and can be time sensitive as well. My time as a manager for a TV hub really helped my skills in handling tough situations between individuals and I think the things I learned from that experience can be applicable here in terms of how to talk to people and being able to judge a situation from both sides.

I think there can be a middle ground found on cases for other parties and I am open to finding good solutions to possibly bolster the arbiter's abilities
