Why do you want to be a player representative for Rules Committee? :) Cuz I want to continue assisting in any way that I can with CSC. Plus mega is in RC and I'm not and that makes me sad.

Having played through 3 seasons already - I think one of the most contentious and spoken about problems is the waiver system. I feel most player reps, and RC members come at this from a GM/AGM perspective, with a player entering free agency and having waivers apply to them and the confusion associated with that. However, I unfortunately have personal experience with the other side of the waiver system. This past season my team/franchise was in the spot to grab a player off waivers, and due to confusion with how the rules operate around waivers, and us winning that matchday, our waiver spot was adjusted. In essence, I want to take whatever personal experience I have as a player and having experience how the waiver, and other rules, can be misinterpreted, or unjustly impact the players, to better inform the RC group and lead discussions around them.

As I said in my last comment - My only real frustration is with waivers. I genuinely do not know the best way to approach adjusting them or in what way I see them changing. But that's also the beauty of it being a committee. Through discussion within the RC group I'm sure that there can be a middle ground met. I simply want to take my personal experience with waivers, not as someone who was put on waivers, but as someone who experienced the weirdness of them while trying to grab a player that was entering waivers, and use that to guide discussions and find that appropriate middle ground.
