Why do you want to be a player representative for Rules Committee?

I think I can make a positive impact in the direction of the league by being the a listener and advocate to all players. I am great at really listening and finding what others truly care about. I want to be a person players can come to and voice their ideas and concerns and give real them the power to be heard and taken seriously.

Thank you for the question. I believe rules and behavior guidelines for that matter should be taken at what is written with the ultimate goal being not leaving room for personal biases to be able to push you to deviate from the "letter of the law". When things become ambiguous things tend to get messy. I've seen many voice their frustration with rules being vague and hard to understand and I would like to help be a solution to that. (edited)

Are there any specific "sections" of rules you see as having issues, or types of changes you want to make in rules? If not: what role do you see yourself as taking within RC discussions?

There are many rules and league related suggestions that have been brought forward by different players that resonate with me. My focus if elected will be to push for rules that empower players to have a great time with us in CSC. Suggestions that have been brought this past season are how can we make the draft process better when teams might already have 4 or 5 rostered players. How can we improve cuts and waivers so players don't feel like they are getting the short end of the stick. Lastly, defining and clarifying what are the obligations franchises have to the players. I have had a great time being a part of this league and I want others to have the fun I have. Hearing that some players have felt harmed by the rules stinks to hear and I alleviate some of those frustrations as well as bring new rules that make CSC an even better league! Let me be clear my role is to empower players and their interests inside of Rules Committee. My role is not to add what I and I alone think is best. I want to represent players ideas and their desires for how CSC should run and govern this game we enjoy. I can't do this alone I need player input and I'll strive to be a good listener and representative to each and every player. (edited)
