Why do you want to be a player representative for Rules Committee?

I really think I would be a good pick for this position.  I think I would best speak out public opinions or in other words more thoroughly speak out what the public thinks are bad and good with no judgement within those lines.  I believe that I will speak for the people and with the people to try and resolve disputes and settlements.  The expertise that I have to go along with this is that I have made it into 3 different elections (lost 3 but not by not by a landslide) and also have been kind of a spokesperson for my franchise. Are there any specific "sections" of rules you see as having issues, or types of changes you want to make in rules? If not: what role do you see yourself as taking within RC discussions?
