Why do you want to become an Admin? Ive seen everything that goes on in and around CSC and would like to make it a better and safer place to play the game (and sometimes games) we love. I may not have amazing experience, but Ive now been in the league for 3 seasons (about to be 4) and would like to support the community. ---------- What prior experience do you have that you believe will help you as an Admin? Thats a good question, I have non. BUT I will be open and listening to new ideas and would be happy to be trained under ones wing. ---------- What things do you hope to implement, reinforce, or remove as an Admin? I hope to bring some more justice into the community and try to reinforce some of the rules to make them much more clear so that some of the cases dont fall through or get slipped past due to a mistake or un clear wording in the rules. ---------- Anything else you would like to add? nothing to add, if people dont vote for me, I know the reason, if they do, Ill try my best to not disappoint.

Please define 'justice' relative to CSC and why you think the community needs more of it.

This past season, we saw the admin team take action in a way similar to an executive order by allowing more than 1 FA sub until the end of regular season for the challenger tier while the rules committee was actively discussing it. What are your thoughts on this ability to bypass committees?

Your main platform seems to be better enforcement of the rules or re-wording the rules to be less vague, which both define what the mod and rules committee do respectively. Is there any reason you need the admin role to do that rather than one or more of those two teams?

If elected (re-elected) what would be the #1 issue you would improve/changed first?

What responsibilities do you believe the admins take on behind the scenes

What contributions do you hope to bring that you couldn't have accomplished as part of one of the other committees (such as mod, events, media, etc)?

In your opinion what is the worst thing about CSC?

Decisions usually are NOT made by just a group of admins, but through a group effort made by committee heads and admins alike. Things aren't always easy and streamlined as we would like. That being said, what would you be able to provide if what you might believe is a good idea or implementation but cannot get others to agree or stand behind it as well? How would you go about discussions that might not go the way you think it should?

How do you feel about the current form and direction of moderation on the server?

I am aware that you have played in CSC, but have you done any other staff role or elevated role that can provide an example or preview of how you would best use your admin position? What specifically do you want to achieve as an Admin?

When I refer to as justice, I was talking about how much hate there sometimes is happening in general or in some random chats that just instigate fights and meaningless aggression. I would hope to have much more isolation between certain people when a fight occurs and also try to promote some kind of punishments towards the people responsible, such as making them serve an hour mute penalty or some sort of chat arrangement, but it shouldn't go further than that. This community needs to have a more respective and calm environment that could both make CSC look good and the people around the server look the same way.

The discussion to bypass the rules committee should rarely happen and in my opinion, the rules committee is there for a reason. The committee is there to keep admins in check of power (almost like checks and balances) and if we have more of FA order than the league would be disorganized. Im not saying that it was particularly bad that they have done that, but it should be avoided and in this case, I feel like (even though it wasn't that bad) that we should have maybe talked about it more than just acting on instinct.

a large talking point throughout the season, especially in regards to important changes/discussions, was keeping CSC as a "for-fun league". what would you do to continue and/or improve on allowing CSC stay true to that sentiment?

More clearer rules and guidelines that could make it fun and easy to play in csc matches would be one, and another would be to try to get a much better arrangement of the tiers. For example, there should be a little more combine matches played and take the consideration of faceit ranking lightly (because of possible smurfing or crude example) and this should get a more accurate judgement between placements of tiers and also the draft so much more players would be distributed to their belonging tiers.

(To be clear, admins do not touch the formula for mmr and we have full trust in homers abilities thus far with the work he has done. Minimum combine match requirement would be something Rules Committee would have to discuss and vote on)
